New Rules of Golf Decision Limits Use of Video Review

The USGA and The R&A have issued Decision 34-3/10, effective immediately, which implements two standards for Rules committees to limit the use of video review.

Niner Playday at Rio Vista

The Rio Vista Nine Holers hosted the first playday of the 2017 golf season.  The weather was picture perfect and thank you for your hospitality.   There were 72 ladies who showed up to play a 4 person 2 best game. 

The winners were:
1^st Place team who each received a $25 gift certificate were: Sally Rose, Glenda Hofstetter, Linda Barlesi and Mary Martin
2^nd Place Team Winners who each received a $20 gift certificate were: Marj Niemi, Jeanne Cartwright, Helen Swarbrick and Conni Porto
3^rd Place Team Winners who received $15 gift certificates were: Lois Dutcher, Patti McDonald, Pam Fashing and Marty Duplichan
4^th Place Team Winners who received $10 gift certificates were Eila Ballard, Pat White, Adla Hawkins and Mae Murayama
5^th Place Team Winners who received $5 gift certificates were Deb Petteruti, Carolyn Merjivck Pat Lasusky and Coleen Lee.
