Happy Thanksgiving

We are Thankful for this great game and our wonderful members.

PWGA Players represented well at the Northern California Women's Four Ball this week. Congratulations to  Bobbi Hanada and Maureen Cook, Champions of the Yosemite Flight, Ruth Brown and Rosie Wallace took 2nd.  Tammy Wadell and Dana Carrigan, Champions of the Golden Gate Flight - with Alba Rodriguez and Beverly Olsen taking 2nd and Shirley Stiles and Cheryl Wecker 3rd. Tina Barker and Dolly Coleman took low gross over the field.  Congratulations to all of the winners.

 
Thanks so much for the PWGA’s financial support.  Without your grant each year having a full JV team with uniforms would be extremely difficult. We appreciate your financial support each year.  Like I said earlier we had a great year with a 16-0 record. We can’t do it alone so it’s so great to have organizations like PWGA and WGANC that support girls golf. Thank you from my entire team.

Veterans Day 2017

Thank you to our members who have served and those who have supported the veterans that served.

2017 Tournament of Champions and Area Winners Circle awards ceremony at Mather GC.  Our final Sacramento Area Playday of the season was held on November 6th.   These ladies played hard all season to earn the top honors in our area playdays.   Looking forward to seeing you all again next year.  Congrats Ladies!

Congratulations to the Northern California Section of the PGA of America for their win at the Nor Cal Cup Match yesterday. What a terrific two days of golf. The Pros beat our Pacific Women's Golf Association and Women's Golf Association of Northern California Amateur Team by two points, it was truly a great match. This makes the 6th win for the Pro team.
